Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let it soak for a few minutes.
Add ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into 4–6 mini loaves. Place them evenly on the baking sheet.
Top each loaf with a spoonful of ketchup or your preferred glaze.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try mixing ketchup with a little brown sugar and mustard for the glaze. These mini meatloaves also freeze well, so make a double batch for later!
