Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 pizza dough ball store-bought or homemade, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Egg Mixture

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk or cream for creamier texture

Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup cooked ground chicken or beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika

Optional Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  • Stretch your dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
  • Brush the dough lightly with olive oil to help the crust crisp up during baking.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Scramble over medium-low heat until just set but still soft.
  • Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with both cheeses and then the cooked ground chicken or beef.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Top with optional ingredients like avocado, hot sauce, or fresh greens. Slice and serve warm!

Notes

To save time, use pre-cooked ground chicken or opt for naan as a base. This recipe is super flexible, so feel free to get creative with toppings!
